Walk-in and In-patient Transfers.
The HCA health concierge service is available to facilitate in-patient transfer or admission to the Wellington Hospital Neurosurgical Centre and can provide support with ambulance transport and electronic image transfer.
There is an urgent care centre at the Wellington Hospital for patients over 16 years of age. This is open between 0800 and 2100h, Monday to Friday.
Remote Consultations.
Remote video consultations are available on request but are not always appropriate. Remote consultations are available only to those resident in the United Kingdom owing to medical indemnity regulations.
Existing patients who require advice while abroad are welcome to contact us though they may be advised to seek further assistance locally when appropriate. This is consistent with advice provided by the General Medical Council.
